The Wagner Hotel New York

We had a fantastic stay at The Wagner. The staff was exceptional, especially the kind housekeepers during turndown service who always brought ice and water. Mohammed at the front desk made a difference, and the restaurant staff was very friendly. Our corner room had a breathtaking view of the city and harbor, and the breakfast vouchers provided great value with delicious food. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to metro lines and walking distance to popular attractions. The hotel bicycles were a highlight, allowing us to explore lower Manhattan and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This venue provided an unforgettable stay with luxurious amenities that met all my needs. the health club and spa were top-notch, offering extensive services and treatments. the room was comfortable and had exclusive features that made me feel like royalty. the restaurant offered a continental breakfast with a great selection of tasty treats. the location was perfect, as it was conveniently located and easy to get around. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff always ready to help.

The only issue I had was with the bar/lounge area. While the atmosphere was lovely, it lacked some modern remodeling and could have been more inviting.

Fairly clean place with perfect view across bay. The staff was courteous and the room was incredible with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning. We could see the beautiful city skyline and the harbor, which made for a romantic atmosphere. the staff was also very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the metro stations and other popular attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the city.

The food prices at the hotel were quite expensive. We found ourselves spending a lot of money on meals and drinks, which put a bit of a damper on our romantic escape.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel located in a wonderful area with much to see around us. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, with a good parking service that included valet parking. We also appreciated the staff's prompt and courteous service. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious, with a voucher for a $35 American breakfast with a wide range of menu options. The hotel is conveniently located near transportation options.

There was plenty of outstanding options for buffet breakfast. The experience was really enjoyable, would stay here again.

During my stay at The Wagner Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of the Statue of Liberty and the water. The hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my room was clean and stocked with amenities. The doormen were especially helpful, making me feel welcomed everytime I entered the building. The hotel's proximity to the 9/11 memorial, Statue of Liberty Ferry, and subway stations made it convenient for exploring the city. I also appreciated the included breakfast, which offered a variety of options to start my day. I had an amazing and relaxing stay at The Wagner Hotel and would highly recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

Immaculately clean and the staff was consistently courteous! Set very close to the World Trade Center in the calm area. It made my trip to New York City a really really nice experience.

Gorgeous hotel, the stay was enjoyable, ideal location right near the waterfront. The room was beautiful and accommodating, the bed was comfortable. I loved the separate bathroom. The staff was helpful and I had a late checkout. Had access to its wifi, it was free.

This hotel boasts a prime location in a charming area, with easy access to nearby subway stations, just down the streets from the Brooklyn Bridge. The rooms, with separate bath and shower, are nicely decorated and provide a comfortable stay, with helpful and courteous service. Although there’s no free breakfast provided, the restaurant offers a good option for a delicious meal at an expensive price. the lobby is beautifully decorated, while the gym is a bonus for fitness enthusiasts.

Large rooms for Manhattan (39 m2) but beds of 140 cm. Close to the One Trade center and Wall street. Brooklyn bridge by foot as well as Little Italy and Chinatown.

Breakfast offered at an exorbitant price consisting of two eggs, smoked bacon, toast, coffee and orange juice. No fruit, no yoghurt, no pastries. The whole is charged 34 dollars to which must be added the vat (10 %) + the obligatory tips (20 %).

Location in Downtown

We had booked a room for 4 people, breakfast included. But we had the bad surprise to learn that breakfast was included for 2 people per room. After discussion with a hostess, the problem was solved. It's a pity to have to bother with this kind of problem in a 5-star hotel...

good location especially to visit Downton, Brooklyn and Statue of Liberty. pleasant on the banks of the Hudson River and incredible view. All-you-can-eat coffee in the morning. Metro Bowling green 2 minutes away. spacious room ideal for a family. We recommend without hesitation

Breakfast too expensive

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown New York and had a great experience overall. the hotel was conveniently located, only a short walk from major attractions like the subway, Freedom Tower, and the 9/11 Memorial. the size of the room was surprisingly large, especially considering the reputation of small rooms in New York hotels. Additionally, the hotel had a fitness suite with breathtaking views, perfect for watching the sunrise.

There were a few things that could have been improved during my stay. the price of breakfast was quite high, which made me opt for a nearby coffee shop instead.

No breakfast buffet! So an incredible and intolerable waiting time a few hundred meters from Wall Street. The restaurant's menu is an undignified weakness.

The hotel is located in a v nice area of the city, with easy access to all areas and adjacent cities. It is conveniently located near several subway lines, allowing guests to easily explore other parts of the city. The rooms are spacious and bright, offering good value for the price. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with outstanding service provided by Richard, Kevin, and Nigel. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options and the gym has decent equipment with a nice view.

Amazing view of the Statue of Liberty from our room! The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. We had an issue with our massage reservation, but the front desk was quick to help us and even offered a complimentary drink at the bar. I would recommend this hotel.
